All pregnancy tests detect the hormone human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG). We offer tests in a range of formats to suit your preference with our MEDICheck branded clinic boxes designed for public health and Point-of-Care, and our Clear Sign brand for retailers and home use.

Types of tests available from Pasante Healthcare

PHL produces pregnancy test kits in three different formats:

Dip & Read
The simplest, most cost-effective, test format. Simply dip into a urine sample and check for the appearance of a coloured line on the strip.
Cassette & Pipette
The cassette is a similar format to the COVID tests we are all familiar with, the pipette is used to transfer the sample onto the cassette, perfect for clinical use.
Midstream
The Midstream excels in ease-of-use, with no need to take a urine sample first.
