Ensuring Quality

Each batch of gloves goes through several quality checks including:

  • Width Check

    Glove width is measured against specification to ensure a precise and consistent fit.

  • Length Check

    Glove length is measured against specification.

  • Tensile Strength

    The nitrile is stretched and must withstand a specified force without tearing.

  • Elongation Test

    Glove is stretched and must reach a specified length without failure.

  • Hole Test

    Glove is inflated and carefully checked for any pin-hole leaks.

  • Wall Thickness

    Thickness of the nitrile is measured, this ensures a strong glove.

  • Residue Test

    Our gloves are powder free and checked for any residue from the manufacturing process.

  • Visual Inspection

    A full visual inspection of the product and its packaging.
